The dashboard is the first screen you'll see whenever you login to colaab. From here you can view, enter, add, edit or delete Workspaces.
Workspaces that you are involved with will appear here. You can view your level of access, how many users are logged in, and how many Resources are present in that Workspace. From here, you can also enter the Workspace, manage it, share it or delete it.
Need another Workspace? Just click here.
Once your Workspace collection builds up, use the Workspace filter to quickly find the one you're looking for. You can also organize your Workspaces alphabetically or by creation date.
The news feed shows you who has been doing what where and when in your Workspaces. These can be anything from creating Resources to inviting users. You can manage what notifications you wish to receive, or even subscribe to the News Feed’s RSS feed.
Clicking on the actions tab lets you view all the comments that have been created in your Workspaces. You can filter these comments by type, date and keyword to keep track of who's saying what.
Edit your company's details with My Company or view My Account to make changes to your profile, payment and other options. You can also check out our Help section if you ever get stuck, or if you're finishing up for the day, logout. The Menu Bar will always be accessible from any part of colaab.

Inside a Workspace, you can check out your Resources, chat on the Discussion Hub, or see who's online with the Collaborators list.
Here's where you view the Resources in the Workspace. On each thumbnail, you can see the type of Resource, when it was added, who added it, and when it was last viewed. From here, you're able to enter the Resource, edit the name, share it or delete it.
This handy feature lets you know exactly where you are in colaab, allows you navigate between levels, and also gives you the option of managing your Workspace.
Find that Resource quickly with the Resource filter, or sort them alphabetically or by creation date.
Keep the Resources coming with the Add Resource button.
This is colaab's very own built-in instant messenger. Each Workspace has its own unique Discussion Hub, where you can chat to other online users or view discussion histories.
You can also view the Actions List and News Feed by clicking on the relevant tab.
Let's you know who's online, who's doing what and who's done what. From here you can view user profiles, send private and SMS messages, or even start a conference call.

DeepZoom integration gives you the ability to review and collaborate on extremely large images without having to wait for them to download and zoom in without losing quality!
Click to play to view a video which shows viewing a 9MB image, a 12MB image and a 160MB image without having to download them first. On each one we zoom in on comment locations in incredible resolution and detail. At the end of the video we upload a 4MB image which is then DeepZoomed behind the scenes and becomes available to the user and anyone they choose to share it with without the need to download it and with no loss of quality from the original image.

There are many ways in which you and others can view and collaborate on a Resource.
Add a comment, open the annotation tool, adjust the zoom, or share the Resource.
There's so much you can do with comments in colaab. Create them, edit them, delete them, assign them an action, respond to them, move them about, or even connect them to parts of the Resource.
Whether it's an image, document or video, you can annotate or highlight any part of any Resource.
You're still able to use the Discussion Hub and Collaborators list exactly as you did in the Workspace.

Adding a new Workspace is incredibly simple and takes a matter of seconds.
Give your Workspace a name.
Choose a thumbnail icon for your Workspace.
Share your Workspace with the world, or keep it private for sensitive information.
Enter in email addresses of colleagues, clients and customers you wish to join you in your Workspace, and we'll send off the invites.
Alternatively, you can add the Workspace now and invite other users later.

You can invite anyone with an email address to join you in colaab.
Enter in email addresses of colleagues, clients and customers you wish to join you in your Workspace, and we'll send off the invites.
2 Invite LimitWe'll always let you know when you're nearing your invite limit.
Type in the address and password of your email account, and we’ll draw up a list of your contacts from which you can invite users. colaab supports email providers such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Thunderbird and many, many more!
Is the user you wish to invite in one of your existing Workspaces? Click here and select them.
Give your invites a personal touch by adding a custom message.

Easily see who can do what in your Workspace.
Want to upgrade or downgrade a user's access level? Do it right here with one click.
If invited users have lost or not received their invitation, click here to send them another one.
If you ever want to strip a user of access, just click the red cross beside their name.
Want to add more users? Type in their email addresses, select from a contact list or even pick from another Workspace and we'll send them an invite.
